Help me take a stand against blood cancer
This year, my Dad would have celebrated his 80th birthday. He is no longer with us because of blood cancer.
To celebrate the years we had with him and reflect on the years since he's been gone, I am shaving my head in March this year. My goal is to raise $1 946 - the year of his birth.
Having no hair is a bit scary, but I gain perspective from the many friends and family who have endured cancer treatment, especially my youngest friend, who is an inspiring young woman.
