Right now, over 170,000 Australians are facing the devastating impact of blood cancer, and 17 lose their life every single day.
Before our school started raising funds for blood cancer research, I didn't know any of these shocking facts. But as soon as I learned about it, I was determined to help. The fact that we lose 17 lives a day here in Australia is shocking. So that's why I'm shaving my head. So that someone out there can combat this illness and do something great.
