Help me take a stand against blood cancer

In December 2019 Josh was diagnosed with Non Hodgkin's lymphoma, he commenced treatment in 2020 prior to using his own bone marrow for a transplant, which was a success and entered remission shortly after. Mid 2021 it was revealed to Josh he had Lymphoma and required a donated bone marrow transplant, as Hobart could not provide this treatment we chose Brisbane as his sister, the donor, lived in Queensland at the time. The process of the transplant went well, but unfortunately his body rejected the cells so we were sent home in March 2022. Josh became very unwell to the point that Brisbane offered another donated bone marrow transplant, which was to take place in November 2022. He was very unwell throughout the year, and his failing health meant that he was not able to receive the transplant. So now, we as a family would like to thank the Leukaemia Foundation for providing a place to stay, transport, food vouchers and continued support even to today.

So we are asking you to donate to this worthy cause, and come and join us for a day for Josh where we will have the greatest shave, Josh's daughter and niece will be participating, along with live music, lucky door prize, raffles and an action. Hope to see you all at The Longley International on February 28th

Thanks for having your say
