Help me take a stand against blood cancer
Hi! My name is Scarlet, and I'm so excited to be a part of the World's Greatest Shave this year- to support the Leukaemia Foundation. I am raising funds and awareness for a blood cancer called leukaemia. All funds go straight towards the ongoing research, education, treatment and support for leukaemia patients and their families.
I was inspired to partake in this cause because of my incredible dad, who fought- and won- the battle against leukaemia in 2013- making a full recovery. During this time, my mum also participated in the World's Greatest Shave to raise discussion about just how common, and deadly, this cancer is.
I am raising funds for anyone in the same position as my dad was- mothers, fathers, sisters, brothers, or grandparents- all of whom need your support!
Right now, over 150,000 Australians are facing the devastating impact of blood cancer, and 17 lose their life every single day.
Any support is hugely appreciated, thank you so much!
Thanks for having your say
