Being diagnosed with cancer is an unfortunate story that many people have to face. Its a story that over 969 000 Australians and their families have to deal with.
When someone close to you gets diagnosed with cancer, its a heartbreaking feeling. It doesn't just affect the person's mental and physical health, but also the lives of the people around them as they have to deal with the harsh reality that a person they love has to fight a difficult battle. It's a reality that no one should have to face, but one that can be fought.
That’s why I’m taking on the Leukaemia Foundation’s World’s Greatest Shave. By donating to my page, you’ll help me raise funds and awareness for blood cancer, and fuel life-changing research projects and support services for patients and their families. No one should have to face this harsh reality, but by supporting this foundation, you can help make even just a little difference in the world but a big difference in even just 1 family's life.
