Help me take a stand against blood cancer.

I’ve always wanted to donate my hair, and after my last cut in 2023, I decided to grow it out long enough to make the donation worthwhile.

My aunt, who lived in India, was diagnosed with cancer in 2021 and sadly passed away in May 2024. While we lived far apart, she was always such a bundle of joy and happiness. Watching my mum go through the loss of her sister made cancer feel a lot more personal to me.

The photo I’ve chosen is of me and my aunt, with her braid resting over my shoulder. It’s a small detail, but it makes the photo really meaningful to me and quite ironic to the event.

Her cancer was different from blood cancer, but her story is a big part of why I wanted to do something meaningful with my hair.

Any donation, big or small, would mean so much to me and help support people and families affected by blood cancer. 💛
