Help me take a stand against blood cancer
Joseph wasn't just their 1st cousin; he was their best mate. He was the other half that made them wild, crazy, funny, extremely loud, but most of all he made them happy by just being around. The sun wouldn't shine if they didn't all speak every day, whether it was on the phone, iPads, or in person. Whenever we had family gatherings the first question would always be "is Joseph going to be there?" Saying goodbye was the hardest thing these kids have every faced and I'm sure Joseph is proud of the strength and resilience they show each and every day.
Rocco, Freddie and Domenic came to us and asked to shave their heads to honour and remember the great person they were privileged to call their cousin but most of all their mate.
Together with Joseph's sister Allegra and his best mate Jonny we have created a team #josephb3159 and we will be shaving/colouring our hair on the day we remember Joseph, 18th August 2026.
Right now, over 170,000 Australians are facing the devastating impact of blood cancer, and 17 lose their life every single day.
That’s why these kids are taking on the Leukaemia Foundation’s World’s Greatest Shave. By donating to our page, you’ll help us raise funds and awareness for blood cancer, and fuel life-changing research projects and support services for patients and their families.
Any amount – big or small – will make a real, tangible difference.
