Help me take a stand against blood cancer
Hey everyone, I'm participating in the Worlds Greatest Shave this year by completely shaving my hair! This will be my second time and I'm very excited to support the cause.
I won't go on about information or stats as the website has great resources already which I encourage you all to check out, but allow me to get soppy for a moment.
I'm fortunate enough to not know anyone experiencing blood cancer or any illness of that degree, but I feel for those that are. To live everyday without burdens is a blessing, and It's a joy to help others when it's in our power to do so.
I always tell myself "everything is temporary", It helps to appreciate the good times and get through the bad times, however sometimes we need support to take on challenges of this scale. I believe we can make a difference by supporting families experiencing this now and funding research in order to stop deaths in the future.
Nothing is expected yet any donations big or small are greatly appreciated. They are also tax deductible so don't be stupid like me and keep your receipts.
