Help me take a stand against blood cancer
Robby and I are proud to be taking part in the Leukaemia Foundation's World's Greatest Shave in support of our mate Dave who sadly lost his beautiful wife, Carly, to blood cancer last year.
We met Dave during our time on Channel Nine's program, The Block, in 2025. We were fortunate to have Dave as the builder on our project and we quickly became great friends.
We were with Dave when he received the devastating news that Carly had been diagnosed with leukaemia. Dave dropped everything to be by her side. But unfortunately, just five months later, Carly passed away, leaving Dave to care for their young son. It's something no family should ever have to face.
Right now, there are over 170,000 Australians facing the devastating impact of blood cancer, with 17 Australians losing their life every single day.
That's why we're taking on the World's Greatest Shave (with Robby to swap his power tools for hair trimmers to shave my head!).
By donating to our page, you’ll help us raise vital funds and awareness for blood cancer, and fuel life-changing research projects and support services for patients and their families, just like Dave's.
Any amount – big or small – will make a real difference.
Thanks for having your say
