I'm Taking Part in the World’s Greatest Shave!
I’m excited (and a little nervous) to share that I’ll be participating in the World’s Greatest Shave to raise funds for the Leukaemia Foundation and support those battling blood cancer.
This is part of a fantastic SRC-led initiative at Wollongong High School of the Performing Arts, where both students and staff (myself included) are getting involved by shaving or colouring our hair in the name of a great cause.
I actually did the shave once before back when I was a young fella, and I figured it was time to bring the bald-head look back (all for a great reason!).
Blood cancer impacts thousands of families across Australia, and every donation helps fund vital research, treatment, and support services. I’m proud to be part of a school community that steps up and shows real heart.
