Help me take a stand against blood cancer
Someone very dear to me — a beautiful lady I first met back in 1981, we did Precision Drill marching together — was recently diagnosed with Multiple Myeloma, a bone‑marrow blood cancer. The wonderful staff at the Peter MacCallum Cancer Centre are doing an amazing job looking after her and even better, Shel works there as well. 🥰 As part of her treatment, Shel will be losing her hair. So I’ve made the choice to shave mine too — to stand beside her, to honour her strength, and to help raise vital funds for this incredible cause.
