The Mackay North State School Student Council is proud to be taking part in the World's Greatest Shave on Friday, 18 September (Week 10) to help raise funds for cancer research and support those affected by cancer.
Cancer has touched the lives of several families within our school community, making this cause especially meaningful to us. By taking part, we hope to raise awareness, show our support, and make a positive difference.
On the day, students can also join in the fun by visiting our hair colour stations, where they can add a splash of colour to their hair for just $2.
We encourage everyone to get involved, donate if they can, and help us support this important cause. Every dollar raised brings us one step closer to a future free from cancer.
