My auntie was someone I never got the chance to meet. Before I was born, she became sick with cancer and sadly passed away.
Even though I never met her, I have heard stories about her from my family. It makes me sad knowing I never got to know her, but I still feel like she is a part of my family’s story.
Her story reminds me that cancer can affect many families. We should learn more about cancer, look after our health, and support people who are going through it.
Even though I never met my auntie, I will always remember her through the stories my family tells me.
