Help me take a stand against blood cancer
Right now, over 170,000 Australians are facing the devastating impact of blood cancer, and 17 lose their life every single day.
I have been very privileged to look after amazing people going through blood cancers through my work as an Haematology/Oncology Day Chemotherapy nurse. There have been lots of laughs, a few tears, and unfortunately a few losses of patients who have been close to my heart. Every day I see their strength shine through, so it is for them I am shaving the old noggin off again. Their stories of resilience are ones I will take with me always.
That’s why I’m taking on the Leukaemia Foundation’s World’s Greatest Shave. By donating to my page, you’ll help me raise funds and awareness for blood cancer, and fuel life-changing research projects and support services for patients and their families.
