Help me take a stand against blood cancer

A kid I know was diagnosed with cancer, so I've been thinking about this more and more lately. I have curly hair, and I used to dislike it, and I used to cut it short for no reason, but this time, I've been growing it out to raise money for the World's Greatest Shave. The next time I cut it (on my 9th birthday!), I'll go "skin bald". If you choose to support me, your money will be in good hands.

Also:

Right now, over 150,000 Australians are facing the devastating impact of blood cancer, and 17 lose their life every single day.
That’s why I’m taking on the Leukaemia Foundation’s World’s Greatest Shave. By donating to my page, you’ll help me raise funds and awareness for blood cancer, and fuel life-changing research projects and support services for patients and their families.

Any amount – big or small – will make a real, tangible difference.

How it's going

Saturday 17th Jan
I'm doing fine. I'm kind of nervous about what's going to happen - I'm scared I won't reach my fundraising goal of $600 in time. I used to dislike my hair. I don't like or dislike it anymore. I'm doing Shave For a Cure because I have long hair and I've been growing it out for a while, and telling everyone I'm "going bald". I used to think of going skin-bald whenever I would get a haircut, but now that I'm doing Shave For a Cure, I actually will. It's going to look very different to what it usually does. I don't think anyone is going to recognise me for so long. Thank you for every single little dollar that is donated to Shave For a Cure.
