This year, I’m taking part in the World’s Greatest Shave for a cause that’s deeply personal to me.
In 2019, I lost my grandfather to stage 4 bowel cancer, and in 2020, my grandmother to a rare blood and bone cancer — two incredible people gone far too soon.
Now, cancer has touched our lives again. A family member has been diagnosed with stage 3 breast cancer and is currently undergoing chemotherapy. She’s an amazing mum to two beautiful children and one of the strongest women I know.
On the 18th of April, I’ll be cutting my hair to donate in honour of their strength, courage, and love.
I’m doing this for them, and for every family facing the realities of cancer. It’s a small act, but one that means so much.
Every donation, share, and bit of support truly means the world
