I'm a bit nervous to lose my long hair and what I might look like...
This is exactly what so many cancer sufferers must think and I certainly know my mum did. She was very sad when her hair started to fall out. 
What I will feel when my locks are cut will be a drop in the ocean of the emotions that must flood when given the news of impending chemo.
I hope my hair will go towards a wig that will make someone happy.
