Before shaving my head, I was honestly very nervous.
Three friends originally planned to be there with me, but one couldn’t make it and another wasn’t sure if she could come. In that moment, I felt anxious and a little heartbroken.
Shaving my head turned out to need much more courage than I expected, and I truly needed support.
When the clippers first touched my hair, my fear slowly faded, but it also felt surreal.
When we switched to the razor, my anxiety disappeared, and I could finally focus on sharing this meaningful moment with my friends.
I am deeply grateful to Bella and Malin for standing beside me through this journey.
And thank you to my friends who reminded me how to care for my scalp and look after myself. Your kindness truly means so much.
This is not just a physical change, but a journey of courage, support, and love.
Thank you to everyone who has supported and cared for me 💛
Great work for a great Charity Akana!!
