One week until the big shave happens! A final push to raise money for something that has become very close to my heart. I am extremely grateful to everyone who has donated and cannot believe the amount raised so far.
The shave coincides with mum receiving her bone marrow transplant. She has ensured multiple rounds of chemo and this is the last life giving step. She has shown humility, strength and bravery during such a trying time. I am so proud of her and how she has navigated this challenge.
I have decided if I manage to get to $5000, the beard will go as well! (My family and I are all very scared about what I will look like 😬)
