Hello Family and Friends!
This year, I’m taking part in the World's Greatest Shave — and for me, it’s about so much more than shaving my head.
Blood cancer affects almost everyone in some way. If you haven’t experienced it personally, chances are you know someone who has. That’s why this cause means so much to me.
This event supports the Leukaemia Foundation, helping to fund life-saving research and provide vital support services for Australians living with blood cancer. Shaving my head is a small gesture compared to what patients and their families endure, but it’s my way of standing in solidarity and showing they’re not alone.
Blood cancer doesn’t discriminate — and fighting it isn’t something we can do alone. It takes all of us. If we each play a part, together we can create real change.
So let’s rally, dig deep, and stand shoulder to shoulder. Let’s back the fighters, honour the survivors, and remember the ones we’ve lost. And most of all — let’s come together and absolutely kick cancer’s ass!!
