Help us take a stand against blood cancer

Luke, Daryl and Shannon have decided it's time to lose the locks — but there's a very important reason behind it.

Someone close to them has a child currently undergoing treatment for blood cancer. Watching a family they care about face something no family should have to go through has hit incredibly close to home and prompted the three of them to do something to show their support.

So, on Wednesday 26 August, Luke, Daryl and Shannon will be shaving their heads as part of the World's Greatest Shave, raising funds for the Leukaemia Foundation and standing in support of their friends and the thousands of Australian families impacted by blood cancer.

This isn't about a particular date or awareness day. It's simply three mates wanting to stand behind a family close to them and, in doing so, help other families facing a similar journey.

The Leukaemia Foundation provides vital support to Australians diagnosed with blood cancer and their loved ones, while also helping fund important blood cancer research. It's a cause particularly close to home, and one that the family themselves are supporting throughout their journey.

Now, Luke, Daryl and Shannon want to do their part too.
