Shave The Day, Forest Hill
WHO'S PARTICIPATING IN 'SHAVE THE DAY'?
Forest Hill Public School is getting behind the World's Greatest Shave, and we've got two mystery participants preparing to lose their locks for a great cause!
One brave Year 6 student and one equally brave staff member have agreed to shave their heads to help raise money for people affected by blood cancer.
Now, we need your help to work out WHO they are!
For just $1 per guess, students, staff, families and community members can enter our guessing game. There's no limit to the number of guesses, and you can nominate multiple people. The more guesses you make, the better your chances of picking our mystery participants!
There's also a mystery prize up for grabs, with the winner announced on shave day.
This fundraiser is a great way for our school community to support an important cause. It also connects with our Stage 3 English unit, where students have been exploring August and Jones by Pip Harry, a novel that deals with the challenges of growing up after childhood cancer.
