Anyone who has donated will have the privilege of cutting or shaving some of my hair off… or if you just want to watch, please come along!!! 🤍 The shave will happen on Ward 6E at the Royal Adelaide Hospital (where I work) and then we’ll go for some drinks and nibbles someone close to celebrate and spread the word further 🥰
I'm fundraising for the World's Greatest Shave
Seeing the struggle of so many amazing people through my work as a Haematology nurse has given me so much perspective on how short life can be! It has always been on my bucket list to shave my head in general but why not do it for something i’m extremely passionate about…. life is too fkn short!!! Go buy the thing you’ve always wanted, go travel the world, go get the tattoo or go shave your head!! You only have one life… don’t waste it worrying about what other people think and live your life for YOU 🥰
I’ll be shaving my head on SHAVE DAY (16th March 2025) whether it’s on my ward at work or surrounded by my friends and family… i want to raise awareness for all the amazing people having to put up a fight that didn’t want to have.

Blood cancer is Australia's hidden cancer crisis. There are 140,000 families facing blood cancer right now. And it takes the lives of 16 Australians every day.
These numbers are set to double by 2035. Unless we do something about it. That's why I've signed up for the World's Greatest Shave.
