That’s why I’m taking on the Leukaemia Foundation’s World’s Greatest Shave. By donating to my page, you’ll help me raise funds and awareness for blood cancer, and fuel life-changing research projects and support services for patients and their families.

Why am I doing this?

Monday 9th Mar
As a little kid with a blood disease, thankfully for me it was not cancer, but I saw how many kids were going through it. It is a tough thing for kids to go through. Always wanted to donate some hair to ppl that need it because of how horrid cancer is- so I found out through sustainable salons Aus where the hair goes to make the wigs. Sustainable Salons handles most of the donated hair in Aus by the looks of it,  and it has a list of pgs that you can fundraise through including Variety and The Worlds Greatest Shave. I chose this one within the Worlds Greatest Shave pg, as hopefully it will help lil kids like the ones I used to sit in the hospital with many yrs ago. Plus stuck in bed like I am, I'm pretty much like a shedded bloody sheep... might as well have some part of me- (my locks) -be useful for others! 😉👍 Hope a few will donate. Regardless, glad that my hair ( +5 other people's) will be turned into a full wig for someone 💚👍
