Shaving My Head For a Cause
I’m shaving my head for the World’s Greatest Shave to raise funds for blood cancer research, and I’m doing it alongside my cousin. When she was younger, she battled neutropenia, a condition that left her immune system compromised. Thankfully, she recovered, but it was a reminder of how critical it is to support research and treatment for all blood-related health issues.
By shaving my head, I’m honouring her strength and showing my support for all those affected by blood cancer. It’s a small sacrifice to make, but together, we can help fund life-saving research and provide hope for those who need it most.
