Help me take a stand against blood cancer

Back in 2008, I participated in my first ever "Shave for a Cure", with my Grandma by my side, who had been battling blood cancer for many years at that point already. Sadly, she lost that battle in 2023, so this year I am participating in the World's Greatest Shave in her memory, to help raise funds to fuel life-changing research and bolster support services for patients and their families.

To up the ante, this time around I am committing to keeping my head shaved for a minimum of 12 months!

And because I am arranging to shave my hair through Sustainable Salons, I will also be donating my current hairdo to be used to make wigs for those undergoing treatment who lose their hair, or to be used to help soak up oil or chemical waste in a land or ocean spill -- both of which are great ways to use hair!

Any amount that you can donate – big or small – will make a real, tangible difference.

Thanks for having your say
