Help me take a stand against blood cancer

Right now, over 170,000 Australians are facing the devastating impact of blood cancer, and 17 lose their life every single day.

That’s why I’m taking on the Leukaemia Foundation’s World’s Greatest Shave. By donating to my page, you’ll help me raise funds and awareness for blood cancer, and fuel life-changing research projects and support services for patients and their families.

Any amount – big or small – will make a real, tangible difference.

Thanks for having your say

Hello!

Friday 16th Jan
Hi Friends!
Long time no post - as I may have mentioned to some of you, a very close friend of mine was diagnosed with a rare and aggressive form of leukaemia last year, which has completely upended her life.
She’s 25 years old and was just starting out in her career prior to her diagnosis. Her treatment will last for at least the next two years, during which time she’ll be unable to work. She doesn’t have family support and because of her age doesn’t have superannuation or savings to fall back on.
That’s why this year I will be doing the Leukaemia Foundation’s World’s Greatest Shave. My goal is to raise donations to help my friend get back on her feet while she goes through treatment. If you feel comfortable, please reach out to make a direct contribution to support my friend. Any amount - big or small - will make a huge difference.
Alternatively, by donating to my page, you’ll help me raise funds and awareness for blood cancer, and fuel life-changing research projects and support services for patients and their families.
I'm looking to hopefully raise $560 (or more) which will give regional families a place to stay for a week while accessing treatment.
Donating also gets you ~ subscriber only ~ access to my bald head that will absolutely not be posted on social media for safety purposes.
