Right now, over 150,000 Australians are facing the devastating impact of blood cancer, and 17 lose their life every single day. I know this pain all too well, as I lost my mum to leukaemia in 2005. During that difficult time, the Leukaemia Foundation provided me with incredible support, including offering me a place to stay near the hospital where my mum was being treated. Their kindness helped make an unbearable situation a little more manageable.
That’s why I’m taking on the Leukaemia Foundation’s World’s Greatest Shave. By donating to my page, you’ll help me raise funds and awareness for blood cancer, and fuel life-changing research projects and support services for patients and their families.
