Help me take a stand against blood cancer
In 2024, Dash was inspired by a student at his school who raised money and shaved his hair for cancer research. He decided that it was something he wanted to do too, and committed to growing his hair until it was long enough to donate. It’s taken him over a year (since October 2024) and in truth, he’s hated having long hair! But we’re so proud that he’s stuck with it to finally reach his goal and for such a worthy cause!
Over 170,000 Australians face the devastating impact of blood cancer, and 17 lose their life every single day. That’s why Dash has chosen to make this small sacrifice that will make a real difference. He’ll be shaving his hair in March and hopefully it will be used to make a wig that will help someone in their journey. By donating to his page, you’ll also be helping to raise funds and awareness to fuel life-changing research projects and support services for patients and their families.
