five years ago Rebecca and I joined the shave to honour her father and my husband keven Doble.
This year I am back to do it again, to remember him and to acknowledge the life and love we shared.
His memory is not the only one I wish to honour this time, I want everyone to stop and remember the the battles for not just keven but a dear family friend Todd Bulkeley.
Although their diagnosis may have been different, their journey and their fight were the same.
They were remarkable people that fought with courage, dignity and respect.
All taken to soon, leaving huge holes in their families hearts and lives.
Remember your loved ones, the impact they had on you, your families and the people around you.
Together we can fight this and maybe even win.
