Cutting My Hair for a Cause: My Second Time Joining the World’s Greatest Shave

Hi everyone! I’m super excited to share that in 2025, I’m going to participate in the World’s Greatest Shave for the second time! This awesome event helps raise money for the Leukaemia Foundation. My little cousin is a brave survivor of leukaemia, and I want to help other kids like her.

What is Leukaemia?

Leukaemia is a type of cancer that can make kids really sick, and it’s not just hard for them but also for their families. The Leukaemia Foundation does amazing work by supporting kids and their families, helping them through tough times. My cousin showed so much courage during her treatment, and that inspires me to make a difference!

Why I’m Cutting My Hair Short

This year, I’m cutting my hair short, just under my ears. Last time, I donated my hair so they could make wigs for kids who lose their hair because of their treatments. I want to do that again! Cutting my hair short feels exciting, and it helps other kids feel more like themselves when they’re going through hard times.

How You Can Help

I’d love for you to help the Leukaemia Foundation too! You can join the World’s Greatest Shave, donate money, or just tell your friends about it. Every little bit helps, and together we can make a big difference for kids who need it!

I’m really proud to be part of the World’s Greatest Shave again. It’s a great way to honor my cousin and support a cause that helps so many kids. Let’s work together to make sure every kid can enjoy being a kid, even when things get tough.
