I have been inspired by the passing of my cousin Luis Claudio Catarino who suffered from lymphoma for several years. I am shaving my head to spread awareness of the immense hardships so many have experienced, are experiencing, and will experience because of blood cancer. This is a serious and miserable matter in our world and I am glad to be a part of the cause dedicated to eradicating it.
