When and where to take part

When is World’s Greatest Shave?

The official event is held over a weekend in March each year. The dates for 2013 are Thursday 14 - Sunday 17 March.

A few days either side is fine, too.
Can I shave or colour at another time of year?

Absolutely. You’re welcome to shave any time during the year. Call us on 1800 500 088 to discuss a time that suits you.
Where can I go to Shave?

We have a number of public events organised all over the country where you could go along to shave. They are listed here. You can organise your own event in your workplace or with some friends, or you could just do it at home.

Some hairdressers will also volunteer to shave you if you let them know you’re shaving for the World’s Greatest Shave. Often the best place to start is your own local hairdresser. Then check with others in your suburb or town.

Can I organise my own event?

Yes. This works best if your team members are all shaving or colouring together. Your event can be as simple or as huge as you want to make it.
