  • What’s my Personal Profile Page?

    Your Personal Profile Page is the page people see when they search for you on the website to sponsor you.

    You should personalise your page with some photos and a description of your reasons for taking part. This will help to persuade people to sponsor you.

    People can post comments on your wall and sponsor you online.

  • How do people find my Personal Profile Page?

    You can send them a link in an email or post a link on facebook. Log in to our website and click ‘Get sponsors’. Then follow the instructions to send an email to your sponsors containing this special link. Click the facebook icon to post a link to your facebook profile.

    People can search for you on our website by clicking the ‘Sponsor’ button. They will need to search for your name or your team’s name. Once they’ve found your Personal Profile Page, they can click the ‘Sponsor Me’ button.

  • What’s my Fundraising Page?

    When you sign in to the website, you have access to a set of fundraising tools. This your secure Fundraising Page that only you can see.

    You can send emails to Get Sponsors
    You can track your fundraising results
    You can Manage your Sponsors – see who you’ve emailed, who’s sponsored you and write them a personalized thank you email.
    You can Recruit Team Members - send emails asking people to join your team.
    You can update any of your contact details and even change your password.
    You can set a fundraising goal for yourself.
    You can accept or delete comments from other people.

  • Where do I send you my before and after photographs?

    You can add it to the website yourself. Log in and follow the instructions to upload it. We cannot accept photos by email or post. Our website allows you to display three photos and three videos.

  • What picture formats can I upload?

    If you would like to upload your own photo, please ensure you have the image saved on your computer.  Accepted file types are jpg and gif.
