Will my hair grow back!

Of course it will.  By clipping your hair short you’re not destroying any hair follicles so it will grow back exactly the same as before.  How quickly that happens varies from person to person – it depends how fast your hair grows normally.  You can certainly enjoy lots of fresh styles while it returns or keep it clipped forever.
