Can a group of us take part?
Yes. Get a group of friends or colleagues at work to join you in your sacrifice.
In a group only ONE person is the coordinator – that’s the person who contacts the Foundation on behalf of the whole group.
If you are coordinating a group: keep a record of who has a receipt book - its easier to get them back after the shave.
Consider collecting all the money from your group and banking it in one go. That way you’ll have a better idea of your group’s total.
Return all receipt books together as soon as possible after your event.

Your materials should take less than five to ten working days to reach you once you have registered, if it has not arrived, click here to send us an email letting us know.
Which type (category) are you?
- School - all education facilities including universities, tafe etc
- Clubs/Associations - any organisation that has a formal membership (either individual or business), eg sporting, RSL, Chamber of Commerce, Business Associations, Not for Profit etc.
- Family/Friends (includes Groups - informal teams that do not have 'club/assoc' or 'ltd/pty ltd' in their title i.e. the Purple Brainiacs or Andy's Fundraising Fanatics)
- Individual
- Company - A Partnership (including family businesses), Ltd, Pty Ltd, or Publicly listed entity with shares that are traded
- Extra group member - Extra group members (EGM) relate to companies only. For example BHP or NAB may register as a company, and then they add extra individuals (as people slowly get drawn into the WGS extravaganza) to their registration. This is done so these EGM can have their own shave page through us, can do their own fundraising (and see their own totals) and send their contacts an email etc, but the money they raise goes into the pot for their company.
