Returning money and books

How do I bank the money I’ve raised?

Collect all the money you have raised and bank it at any branch of Commonwealth Bank in Queensland, and National Australia Bank everywhere else in Australia.

What is the address to return my receipt books?

Please use the reply paid envelope in your kit and mail to:

Please return ALL receipt books (USED OR UNUSED) as soon as possible after your event.

When do I need to pay my money in by?

Please bank all money within two weeks of your event. If you require extra time please notify us by clicking here or calling 1800 500 088.

Am I able to make more than one deposit?

Yes. We can send you an extra receipt book with a deposit slip inside. Call us on 1800 500 088 to request another deposit slip.

If I register and receive a kit but do not end up participating do I have to return my receipt book?

Yes, the receipt book must be returned as it is a legal document which needs to be accounted for.

If I have lost, misplaced or thrown my receipt book away what do I do?

If you have lost, misplaced or thrown your receipt book away you need to phone 1800 500 088 and your local coordinator will organise for a Statutory Declaration to be sent out to you. This must be signed by you in the presence of a JP and sent back to:
