Amendments to these Terms and Conditions

• The Leukaemia Foundation may amend these Terms and Conditions from time to time and any amendment will become effective immediately. Your continued use of the Website after amendment constitutes an agreement to abide by and be bound by those Terms and Conditions, as amended.

Products and Services

• Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or limits the application of any provision of any statute (including the Trade Practices Act 1974) where to do so would contravene that statute or cause any part of these Terms and Conditions to be void.
  
• Subject to the preceding paragraph:
  1. the Leukaemia Foundation does not warrant that any products or services advertised on the Website will be available; and
  2. the Leukaemia Foundation excludes all implied conditions and warranties except any implied condition or warranty the exclusion of which would contravene any statute or cause any part of these Terms and Conditions to be void.
• The products and services offered for sale by the Leukaemia Foundation are not available to persons under the age of 18 years old and any other persons who are legally prohibited from entering into binding contracts.
• Some goods and services on this Website attract a Goods and Services Tax (GST) at 10% if delivered in Australia. The GST inclusive price that appears on the site is the price you pay.
• It is a violation of the law to place orders under a false name or with a fraudulently obtained credit card. Fraudulent ordering will be prosecuted to the fullest extent the law allows.

Return Policy

• If you receive goods that are defective, unfit for any purpose reasonably expected for them or do not match the description on this Website, the Leukaemia Foundation will, at your option, replace the goods or provide a refund, provided that you return the goods to The Leukaemia Foundtion, PO Box 2126, Windsor QLD 4030 within a reasonable time. The Leukaemia Foundation asks that you return the goods in their original condition including packaging.
• If you change your mind after receiving the goods, the Leukaemia Foundation will, at your option, provide a refund or exchange provided that you return the goods to The Leukaemia Foundation, PO Box 2126, Windsor QLD 4030 in their original condition including packaging within 10 days of purchase. Delivery and handling charges on such returns are not refundable and are to be returned at the customer's cost and risk.
• In order to process your return of goods, please be sure to include the copy of the packing slip and receipt, and the reason for the return together with your day time phone number. We can process a refund by reimbursing your credit card. The Leukaemia Foundation reserves the right to decline to refund or replace goods if you are unable to provide satisfactory proof of purchase.
